charon's nervous younger brother

from the self care cabin winter event booth:
he's the younger brother of charon, steward of the underworld (inspired by the hades' game underworld), in my medieval-fantasy-god-idk-au that most of my kals are a part of. i haven't figured out much of acheron's place in the underworld other than he's related to charon sooo i guess it's time to figure some of that out!
they're both children of the river styx, and where charon's duties involve him mostly serving the lord of the underworld, acheron isn't as burdened with as much responsibility as his brother. i like to think acheron probably tends to the meadows of asphodel and the flora that lives there. i see him spending most of his time alone, trying to distance himself from the dead. he probably gets stressed pretty easily and is more bothered than most of the other demons by the suffering of the damned. if he's in a good mood, he's definitely the type to sneak fruits and other goodies to his favourite spirits that inhabit the meadows. he'd like to leave the underworld one day-- maybe not for good, but the vibrant realm above endlessly fascinates his curious mind. he tries not to talk about it much. if charon heard a whisper of any intention of his leaving, acheron knows he'd be in for quite the earful... so it remains as a distant hope that flitters about the back of his mind.
despite their differences, acheron is quite fond of his brother. they have a habit of getting into trouble together through efforts mostly spearheaded by charon. acheron often finds himself being dragged along, but he enjoys the attention of his brother and yearns to impress him with his own dastardly plans and ideas. he's learned quite a few tricks throughout their years of mischief, and acheron may or may not be holding onto a few little-known secrets of their home to one day aid him in finding a way out of the realm of the dead.
