Florian owns a very popular flower shop in Fontaine. Some of the flowers can also be used for medicine so he sells them to the local pharmacist and has contact with Dr. Baizhu, who they sell some local specialty flowers to.
In their normal attack, they shoot arrows with seeds at the end that sometimes (last move/charged attack) turn into a flower, causing more dmg than the other attacks.
In elemental skill(?), they use some of their flowers to turn into medicine for healing himself and other party members
In his burst, he spawns many thorny flowers around him and shoot them at enemies. (similar mechanic to Yoimiya’s)
