The eye of hypnos was an artifact that affects creatures with thoughts and erases them, Brass had used to eye to turn against C.H.L.O.R.A.L. This affected a town in Yokozawa and Grey, Tiffany and Lisa were the only ones that can save the towns people, but they are unable to hurt them despite them attacking relentlessly. In order to stop him, they needed to cut the power of the machine amplifying the artifact's influence.
