Reiko Yuma

My Hero Acadamy OC, is more of a villain than a hero but he isn't all bad, just had a hard life ya know?
Does what he has to survive while supporting his very sick bed-bound mother and two younger siblings.
If that means joining the side of evil, so be it! 

Reiko's quirk works by turning certain emotions into solid cats of any size or species. For example, rage may present itself as a flaming tiger, while relaxation may be a tiny housecat perfect for lap cuddles. He can use his cats to both inflict harm and bring comfort but the bigger the cat the more energy they drain, for this reason, he cannot hold onto the very big ones for very long when in a fight and often reverts back to smaller ones which can multiply in numbers up to 5 at a time. The cats in which he makes have some form of their own sense of will, personality, and intelligence but it is very influenced by the emotion from which they were created. His siblings adore the small playful kittens he makes for them while visiting their mother in the hospital, with the help of practice he also has made one for his mother in response to the constant pain she feels brought on by her sickness. He doesn't visit her often, it is too confusing of an experience for him because while he can warp the emotions of others... Reiko himself struggles to understand his own. 

His alter ego or 'villain outfit consists of a very long cloak, scarecrow style bag-like mask that slips over his head with a hole for his horn to poke through & many bells both on his clothes and the band for his prehensile cat-like tail. (Imagine him like a type of spectator in this outfit, you never really see his hands or anything as the cloak as long sleeves. it goes right down to the floor covering all as he flies through the air from building top to building top with every bit of grace as the cats he can make!) While his casual outfit consists of a white cat-themed jumper, dark grey jeans, green sneakers & a cat whisker mask because he is a bit of a germaphobe. 

He has blue hair, like his tail. Green eyes, pale skin, and a single black curved horn. As expected, to no one's surprise, he is a huge cat person! Old cat plushie was made and given to him by his mother as a young boy, the reason there's no cat Spector in his third image is because he can't make them from his own emotions only others!
