Tweedia Cloudspirit's Ownership

○ Do not steal or heavily reference my designs.

○ All the prices are on USD, all payments are through PayPal or Ko-Fi

○ You may redesign your character in any way you want.

○ You may not remove my credits from the character's page. If you wish to do so, you're free to add your own credits as a co-designer.

○ You're allowed to re-home your character at any time without previous notice once you've bought them.

○ Avoid re-selling a character for an amount higher than what you originally bought them for unless value has been added to it. Value can be in the form of additional art (yours or someone else's), literature, or any other creative works that I did not originally sell to you. If you break this rule and I notice you will be hardblocked without notice.

○ I can do holds up to 48 hours for first-time customers and up to a week for returning customers.

○ (new) Every user has three slots for claiming (or pre-claiming) adoptables. After that, there is a 72-hour cooldown period that begins from the time of posting on ToyHouse before you can make more claims. This cooldown rule does not apply to adoptables that have been available publicly for a week or longer."

○ Commercial use of my designs is generally not allowed unless otherwise specified. If you're interested in acquiring commercial rights to any of my works, please contact me for more information.*

○ Refunds are not available for pre-made adoptables. For custom adoptables, art commission refund policies apply.

○ If you request a refund for a custom adoptable, you'll lose the ownership of said adoptable and I'll be allowed to sell the design to someone else as a pre-made adoptable.

*Commercial use is allowed without additional charges for adoptables created before Saturday, September 03, 2022. For all other adoptables, a commercial use license may be purchased for a flat fee of 50% the original price.
