Kotose is a diva who is extremely unsatisfied with her current life and would rather live a life more extreme and daring compared to her own. Doing whatever it takes to win and fulfill her dreams, even if she had to get her hands dirty. She is also a person who lives selfishly, for herself. She has a tendency to ignore others' thoughts and feelings without getting to know them on a personal level.
Also Kotose is mostly labeled as a rebel, an outsider who seems stuck-up and seems to do and says whatever she wants, but in reality, she can only stay true to herself if she stays prideful and relentless against others, ignoring snide remarks and horrible rumors from other people. Though she looks like a strong independent person, she easily cracks and has emotional breakdowns due to her failures in life. Trying to cover up her negative traits, she’s emotionally/socially depended on others, hoping that someone will help her and guide her life. However it is hard for Kotose to confide in others, because she feels that they might betray her trust. Though Kotose feels like the world is against her, she tends to over-think it to a certain extent.
After meeting a few trustworthy people, Kotose has slowly matured, though still retains her nasty temper, but it seems Kotose has been bored and lacking interest in things, becoming slightly milder in a sens. However her outrageous tantrums have been quietly controlled in the last year, that whenever she can't contain her outbursts, Kotose becomes scarier and tends to lash out in a more extreme manner, not restraining her anger when she feels the urge to beat up people.

| O° Kotose was born in an average, middle class family - consisting of a 2 parents, 2 older siblings, and 1 younger sibling - in the metropolitan city but practically hated her normal life... Her family was the normal almost perfect nuclear family, where the children basically followed their parents' rules and etc; she was the only exception that made her family not perfectly functional. However she wanted a much more exciting, rich life, to become someone like a star, always bright, shining, and vibrant; she didn't want to become a normal salary-man or some lawyer or some doctor or an ordinary person; she wanted to be more than that. Though trying to stand out to achieve a different life style always lead her to trouble. There were always people trying to tear her up and push her down, but regardless she kept going, holding on to her dreams. At a young age, Kotose always noticed the ugliness of her daily surroundings, how the night sky in the city would never have any stars, only tons of buildings with lots of lights on them. The stars were covered by the city’s lights and polluted by a fog, so she could never see them. Night after night, she would wait for the stars to come out twinkling in the night sky, but they never came. Just once, she wanted to see them, even reach out and touch them, however she knew deep down inside that she in her current state would never be able to see those stars. School was a place where she could be recognized by others as someone different and unique, and though her peers not only thought she was different, they thought she was at the far end of the spectrum, someone not like them. She got some bad rap thanks to that. But Kotose didn't like being forced into studying and trying to fit in with her peers, so she ends up ditching whenever she feels like it. When Kotose was 15, her ex-boyfriend introduced her to the world of AT's; he was a rider who pretty much had his life revolved around AT's and such. After learning about the world of AT's, oddly Kotose improved very rapidly, that her former boyfriend couldn't even keep with her. It got to the point where the guy broke up with her and ditched her for another gal because he felt inferior compared to her. It hurt Kotose deep down because they shared many memories together, and she thought that her former boyfriend understood her the best, but it was because she couldn't understand him - more like she didn't want to. It didn't matter though, she lived for herself not for anyone else.The world of AT’s, she thought, brought her closer to reaching those stars and her dreams. AT’s could help her fly and take her places closer to the sky. Kotose’s found through using AT’s her flexibility comes in handy. AT's showed her a different world where hopes and dreams could be fulfilled if your efforts shined through. With AT's, Kotose is able to get away from all the people who hate her and fly towards her dream. |
 Comic - Crashing Tides | O° Revelations Event O° Revelations Event Aftermath: Kotose destroyed her own legs and AT's in attempt to fight against Vehemence winding up in the hospital for several months, missing out and much of the action as she needed the time to recuperate. During the 1 year time period, Kotose met a tuner, who gave her a brand new set of AT's, and various others, who recognized her skill and shared similar goals to her own. She quickly moved out and is staying in an apartment with her Tuner acquaintance [her handler], but Kotose has mostly stayed out of the spotlight, though it seemed at one point, she quickly crushed an A Ranked Storm Rider in the shadows, stripping his rank and taking it for her own. |

Road/Regalia
- Lather Road: This road, ridden on a condensation trail formed by water vapor, allowing the user to change the density and properties of water by saturating it with air, specializing in the aquatic environment, sealing air into water to create explosive bubbles. The ability to ride in bodies of water is likely related.

- Seeing as her old AT's barely withstood her higher level skills and tricks and broke down before fully unleashing her potential, her newly tuned AT's have been re-enforced with more durable parts able to withstand the pressure and sheer power of her techniques and protect her legs from breaking on impact. Not only that, her AT's still have some remnants of her old AT's including versatility, weight, and functionality. Her AT's have three wheels instead of the standard two, having the appearance of tires which help her not slip and fall under any circumstances. Her back wheel is the largest out of three and it is mostly used as the core of her AT's, being very sturdy and able to perform difficult tricks. Lastly, two pumps have been added to the rear of her AT's; they are used to channel her watery road into a more compact and concentrated amount, giving her greater speed and efficiency in targeting others in attacks, but these pumps can be used as cannons, spurting out large amount of watery residue at will. Regardless though, even without these two pumps, Kotose is still able to use her high skilled tricks, though through this loss she may lose control over the flow how much water is released as she currently does not have the Water Regalia that could easily muster and handle such high leveled techniques.
- Her skills in tricks and jumping and her AT design make up for the latter, attacking her opponent a destructive amount of residue of water that could easily wipe them out or drown them.
- She's pretty flexible and agile.
- Has somewhat of a violent, ruthless nature when fighting.
- Does have a tendency to go overboard with things.
- Due to the slippery nature of her AT's, Speed and Instability come hand in hand and can spell trouble for her or her enemies

- O° Doesn't seem like a hard worker, but she tries to maintain her image and her expectations, in doing so she uses lots of time, effort, and energy to do so.
- O° She has a pretty large vocabulary but tends not to use it often. Also she tends not to filter her words often.
- O° Doesn't like listening to what others say, unless it's a compliment.
- O° Only does what she likes and doesn't bother with anything she doesn't like. Kotose will try to show interest in many activities and hobbies and attempt those things, but tends to do so half-heartedly. When the fun runs out, she stop doing it.
- O° Has trouble getting along with people since she has too much sass
