Damasos was just a struggling writer, working on the next book to get him by, until his lover and now companions found him.
Damasos has written many gay romance novels, but they weren't selling. It then then turned into Damasos feeling like he is selling his soul, trying to write whatever people may be interested in Theros and not what he wants to write. Damasos has travelled to a few towns and cities, trying to sell his books, to not much luck. Currently, he is writing a Sea Wolves book based on pirates sailing the Siren Sea in Theros, and in return he will be granted connections and tuition money.

Aroz
[ BOYFRIEND ] His favorite person in the whole world and his lover--him and Aroz met unexpectedly but grew passionate and romantic with each other. Love, tenderness, and intense gazes, Damasos has found his other half in Aroz, or so he hopes. Aroz will be his sword and protector, while he will be Aroz's heart and soul.
Gnip
[ Friend ] Apparently his forced best friend, Gnip has allowed Damasos to talk over his panic attacks and allow him to calm down and think. A small sense of comfort and realizing that people have his back.
Thanatos
[ Friend ] Thanatos is someone he hopes he can be close friends with. They have a lot in common--reading, a bit of reservation, family problems, and so forth. While Damasos has a hard time making friends, Thanatos can be a start.
