Aspen Frey

Aspen grew up as the only son to a prominent household, consequently having to endure the many pressures of maintaining that perfect facade. When he was diagnosed with an idiopathic illness at age 25, it began to slowly chip at his mentality since it didn't align with how he wanted others to percieve him. Aspen began researching into herbal remedies as a coping mechanism but to no avail.

Aspen is the type to overly obsess over what others think of him, so he will try everything he can to get respect from the people around him. To do this, he tries to avoid conflict as much as possible, and generally will just voice agreement with what the vast majority says even if his feelings conflict. He also has a pretty charismatic personality from an outsider's perspective. Since he tries so hard to maintain this perfect image, he is generally well liked by aquaintences but does not have many close friends. Once you get closer to him, you'll find that his personality is actually quite curt and unpleasant.

He desperately tries to maintain the idea that he's not a useless person because of his condition, and has developed a slight superiority complex which manifests through needing to be relied on by others. This also means that he is very unlikely to accept help.
