Kel's a lot of things - a civilian, a college dropout, a janitor for the underground railway system, and also the host of a particularly notorious podcast that covers the city's superhero vs supervillain skirmishes. Kel's hobbies include nosing around government-restricted areas,  placing bets on superfights, and heckling politicians at town hall meetings..
