Profile
Edacious Perch is a loud and extroverted, yet motherly, she-cat. She never seems to let anyone go around sulking, ever, and instead puts it as her first order of business to cheer cats up. Even if she doubts her own worth at times, she always tries to stay positive, and only at certain times has she become sad over a long period of time. She could also be seen as motherly, this being due to her overly protective nature and ability to make cats smile even if they are stuck up. She absolutely adores kits, and often plays with them in her free time. She never tends to judge anyone, but can come off as a tiny bit more sassy or cold to cats outside the tribe. Rarely ever does she raise her voice, only during the most pressuring times in her life has she ever raised her voice. Though never raising her voice, light scolding may ensue at times where those she loves does something stupid. Though she is absolutely an admirable cat, she is very easily distracted by every sound or movement she can spot. This is part of the reason she is such a good hunter, since she can observe her surroundings very well and sees the prey faster than others may. Even with all of these positive traits of hers- she is extremely indecisive if she has to pick between something important, or someone that is. She almost breaks down if she’s pressured into making big decisions. Even if this has gotten much better over her moons of life in the tribe and mountain, she still has multiple issues with this.
Edacious Perch is also rather naive, but she can still stand up for herself at even the tiniest signs of someone attempting to manipulate her! Though, she has a hard time seeing bad in cats, so if manipulation is done right, it can sadly work. Edacious Perch never looks down on anyone, no matter their weaknesses and strengths, even better yet if someone can do what she can’t, she’s often seen pleading for them to teach her! Funnily enough this has worked for her at multiple points in her life, which has made her the admirable scout she is today. And even then, she is still growing and adapting to her own life. She tells herself to never be in a hurry, though that's a struggle since she wants to be a mother one day… Perhaps one day she’ll be in the nursery with her own family. With all of this in mind, it’s hard to imagine her more silent self when she was a kit and fledgeling. Now she’s louder and more extroverted than she ever thought she would be! Always up to make friends, Edacious Perch will never let anyone down when it comes to even the slightest support.

Perch was born to loving parents, growing up to be polite and soft in her tribe, seeming to take more interest in caring for kits that seemed left out rather than playing with groups of kits. Often when Perch would get sick she'd space away from all the other kits in fear of having an outbreak of illness, and end up not talking to anyone until she was completely healthy again. Perch was excited for her first day of training, and kept a smile across her face, even when she fell over due to looking at her mentor instead of where she was walking. Her training went rather well from the start, even with her avoiding it when she felt she needed to comfort another cat, and kept her head high in pride when someone said she did good. Now she is still under training, and seems to be a promising cat, but she's starting to plan for her future even if it will be a while till she's completely done training. Getting a mate and having kits of her own is something she definitely wants. With her brother at her side, she got her full name, Edacious Perch, under Northern Huntresses ruling. She had a while of doubt on if she was worthy of being called a starsworn for a while, but has since gotten over this.
