- Upon payment you gain ownership of the character design (payment via invoice through PayPal or Stripe)
- You may change any aspect of the design as you please, including but not limited to the species, colors, markings, gender, etc
- Using the design you have purchased for profit is OK, including merchandise, prints, fursuits etc. I ask that if you are using the design in this way you credit me for the original design whenever possible. (However, use of the design as part of a larger for-profit project such as an animated series is subject to different terms we can discuss on a case-by-case basis)
- Do not use or reproduce my artwork for profit
- I am willing to do holds and payment plans within reason, feel free to ask!
- All sales are final
