Backstory
-
Trained as a Survey Corps member. Once the titan blood within him was awakened, his loyalties began to blur, making him more of a free entity. He is extremely skilled in hand-to-hand and non-weapon combat. The only one to not rely heavily on his blades, he actually rarely uses them, rather, he uses his environment to combat Titans. Due to his skill, he's often sent on assasination missions of government officials, as he's more effective in those. While not entirely useless when fighting Titans, he is more of an annoyance and used to distract them. His hands are often scarred and bruised from his constant use of them and his legs.

Beast Titan Awakening

For the first few years in the Survey Corps, his Titan blood was dorment. He inherited the ancient beast titan bloodline. When awakened, it was revealed that his titan was the first of his kind, the "Kangaroo" or Kicker Beast Titan.

Titan Form

His Titan form takes on the appearance similar to that of a kangaroo, with long ears and a strong muscular tail. His Titan has a snout, the top half similar to that of the skull of a equine, a row of teeth are further down in the jaw. It's similar to that of the Jaw Titan just longer. Although his legs look skinny and frail, they are quite powerful, powerful enough to knock down buildings and trees with one kick. His tail is approximately the length of his entire body and has the muscular strength to allow Ryoichi to lean back and put his entire weight on it. Due to his Titan having a very strong lower half, the skin on his top half is less durable and easier to cut than the skin of a normal Titan. Little is known about the Kicker Beast Titan, but unlike other Titan users, his body is located in an armored pouch at his belly rather than the nape of the neck. The pouch is extremely durable, making it almost indestructable, although due to it being a pouch, there is an opening at the top that's often tucked out of sight. Both forms, Titan and human, wear bandages on their hands and feet as an added layer of protection. His Titan has the ability to jump quite high and can propel himself forward with his tail.

Uniform

Normal Survey Corps uniform, except more flexible and lacks the jacket and cape. In order to assist in his movement and allow faster combat he rejected the original design. When undercover for assassinations, he wears a black cape over his uniform.
