vinnocent’s basic terms of use per design

> do what you want with the design; once they are in your hands i am not responsible for nor can i dictate what happens afterwards. this entire thing? doesn't matter, does NOT have to be read or abided by at all. most of this is just answers to FAQ.

> co-owns after obtaining are 100% allowed and up to you, but do not come to me to resolve an issue i have virtually nothing to do with should things between you and owner 2 go sour! i will not get involved in disputes over who owns a character more, end of story.

> redesigns are A-OK! if you need to tweak or formswap or really just alter a design to connect, so be it. i want my designs to be loved and used, even if it’s not in the exact original form :-) adding yourself as a co-designer if you’re doing something major is cool, just don’t remove me as a whole, y’know? besides that, go nuts.

>  alternate designs are okay, as are new/added forms! so as long as it isn't an excuse to double-sell the character later & split up those forms, i don't care. (if anything, i think it's neat!)

> making siblings for my designs/attaching them to pre-existing ocs as siblings/relatives/whatever is totally fine. as long as it's not an identical rip again made to double-sell, i don't mind!

> how you resell/trade/gift your design after obtaining is up to you - i don't really care honestly. do what you need/want to do!
