ok so hes actually based from a dream i had and it has this mostly green colour pallet, and i was like homies with da merman guy.

For the actual story, hes living in a word where most of the lands has succumbed to the seas, everythings now polluted, humanities now survive on rafts yada yada yada oh look! A merfolk!
