Despair

"Despair was born at dusk, with the moon rising high above the clouds as darkness set in. He carries a section of his mother's magical halo, which hovers above his neck quills in gladiator style. While he carries his father's dark, smokey frame, his markings and waterfalls pay homage to his mother. The crystals that hang from his ears are said to be able to be useful for water dowsing, and he's amazingly keen on finding water, even well below the ground. Despair's feet produce a watery mist wherever he goes, causing dew to form. Despair carries a bright blue water crystal."
