Crème's Ownership

My artwork and designs do not come with commercial rights (using the designs I make or artwork I make for you for profit) unless I give explicit permission and we discuss it. I want to know what your intentions are with my design.

My designs may not be used in art or writings depicting feral or underaged NSFW.

Personal use such as printing it out to hang in your room, as an icon, pagedoll, etc. is okay as long as there is credit.

My credit must never be removed from the design. My art may not altered in any way or used for commercial means. If you want changes to a design you've adopted, let me know before I transfer them.

You are free to change anything you want with the design after adopting as long as they are still recognizable; species changes are allowed.

If the design was aquired with money, you may sell the design for equal the amount of money paid and add any additional money spent to that price. One's own art can increase this price.

If the oc was given in exchange for only art or through a trade, the oc cannot be sold for money unless you add value to them. As mentioned, one's own art can add monetary value to the design. Otherwise, they have a base value of $0 and can be traded or gifted away.

My designs won in a raffle cannot be traded or sold unless money has been spent on them. One's own art can add monetary value.

I do not do refunds. All sales are final. False chargebacks will result in a blacklist.

Failure to comply with TOS will result in you being blocked and/or blacklisted.
