Collar abilities: Tracking device for Silence, Anti-tracking towards other devices other than his own, camera for taking photos of where she is located and sent to Silence.

Bell abilities: When the button is activated, it creates sound waves which interrupt balance towards anyone within ~55 feet. Can be switched off manually.

Jewel abilities (on her head): Creates invisible shield to protect herself and anyone she selects against dangerous sounds. It is more effective for those standing next to her and behind her and may not always be at full protection if you are in front of her for whom she is shielding.

Notes: She's so nice and gentle and cute, that she runs into people who want to steal her.
