Charley

Charley is a wandering cowboy who simply wants to explore as much of West Ridge as possible. He records all of his discoveries in his collar, and shares them with any commutts he encounters... which he doesn't do very often. He avoids fighting and tries to keep a low-ish profile, but he helps out wherever he can!
