Party Horn is very joyful, loud and chaotic. She is a friendly contestant, and may infodump you for 5 hours about unicorns. Being a party horn, star has tendencies to talk loudly and shout; most don't like it, but, hey, it's just stars nature after all! She usually isn't aware of her surroundings, mostly since star is too busy doing silly stuff. In her eyes, she has 0 enemies, what harm star is doing*?
*Party Horn is banned from alot of public spaces and is almost in par with Cottony in terms of being a criminal.

Party Horn really likes Oscilloscope, and vice-versa! They are together like glue, and are always seen talking mischiveously about confusing stupid stuff. If you mess with one of them, you messed with the other, and they will both (try to, since of their lack of arms) beat you to death.
Despite the two being opposites, they are good friends! Party Horn tries to moderate her shouting when Noise-Cancelling Headphones is on the room, but star always fails; hey, atleast star tries!
Damn, Cottony is everyone's friend. Cottony is your friend. Anyways, Party Horn and Cottony have an strange relationship, they are often seen together talking about idiotic things, but they seem to have a certain tension underneath that.
Surprisingly, Party Horn also likes to hear from Potion! Science Potion likes to talk about her findings in biology stuff, and Party Horn is there to listen! Now, the question that lies is if Party Horn really understands anything that Potion says.
