ARATHUM

Arathum (Or Arath for short) is an Emaldet - short for "Emergency Alert Cadet". She's one of the Commanders (LET4, for reference), often seen around royalty or in front of a platoon of cadets she's in charge of commanding.

Selectively mute, she remains silent and expresses herself through gestures, up until she needs to actually command her squad. From there on out, her voice is loud, electric, and booming, perhaps intimidating depending on the person you ask.

 Though her voice is the exact opposite of her actual personality, as she's gone on record to be rather tender, curious, and gentle outside of her occupation (and battles of course.)
