Stormy has the ability to manipulate clouds and the weather.Her strenghts lie in storm clouds and rain. Her emotions play a large role in her abilities so she tends to be a bit more aloof, she is often perceieved as bossy. She's very independant and has only one friend, Toast. Stormy tries to act cool, but she finds herself weak in the wings for her forbidden, mortal crush Tucker.
Design Notes
• Clouds on ends of ears, and cloud tail
• Ears are heavy and hang down
• Small and round build, think chibi.
