Pipi always has one goal in mind: to have fun! :3 Her personality is very based on Pinkie pie, she is just a goofy silly thing tbh. She always strives to have fun and see the good in things, and has a lot of energy! She adores hanging around others but has a hard time being empathetic. She can sometimes be considered chaotic or destructive as she doesn't have much consideration for others, even if she has good intentions. Many see her as creepy or offputting because of her unnatural joyfulness. She bonds best with honest, chill, and respectful people, but most of all those who want to have as much fun as her! She tends to be terrible with social cues.
Pipi is a powerful being that was supposedly born from dreams. He has the ability to alter and manipulate the dream world and can travel between any dreams whenever he desires. His manipulation abilities can go from one's appearance to the entire environment, basically incredibly godlike. Because of this, he can also shapeshift! He has no 'true' form but does take a liking to specific colors when he takes his shape. One thing Pipi cant alter in dreams is how others perceive the dream. For example, in nightmares, the dreamer will be clouded by fear, which will alter the surroundings beyond Pipi's control. This will only happen when he enters someone else's dream, as the dream doesn't originally belong to him. He will appear more 'nightmare-ish' in those kinds of dreams, mostly influenced by the dreamer's fears.
Even though Pipi has the ability to open portals to the real world, it isn't allowed there because of its overwhelming powers. Despite this, it will often sneak out as it gets sort of lonely. It will always seek out people who are sad to cheer them up inside a dream- or, if it sees something that looks fun, it will get caught up in that instead. "The Guardian" keeps watch of it and makes sure it doesn't cause trouble but The Guardian isn't that good at doing their job because of how chaotic Pipi is. It may seem like a threatening title but The Guardian is more like Pipi's tired dad.
