Hecate

This is my whisp Hecate

He is based on a dogwood, which is one of my fav tree, it also has significance in my life <3

Hecate is a carnivorous Whisp

He lives at the edge of the forest a bit closer to humans than the longthings that share his forest home

Hecate is somewhat accepted by the local humans, thou they still fear him a bit or more they are unnerved/ intimidated by him.

He was orphaned as a child and survived on the fringe of humanity.

Later in life he took in other orphans, such as Jove and Rowan, and raised them

He sells home brewed medications and other potions to the human villagers

However his main occupation is helping the plants and animals/other inhabitants of the forest. On occasion the humans say he also uses powers of necromancy and other darker magics

Hecate is well versed in old languages and writes in runes, thou he only speaks through the usual clicks and chirps of his species

He rarely makes noise in general.
