Story
Atlas doesn't have any sort of story as he isn't a canon character in Ash's life. He is the lovechild of Ash and X!Chara, and Cash's and Ava's older sibling.

Atlas has a very rude personality. He often makes fun of Cash and Ava, although he does of course care for them as they are his younger siblings. He doesn't often like to admit he's in the wrong in something unless it's something small or it results in something bad. He keeps to himself and rarely talks to anyone about how he feels.
