If you...
- BOUGHT a character of mine... you are allowed to resell them for the price you bought them! You can only raise the price if you added personal art or commissions to them.
- TRADED for a character of mine.. you are allowed to trade them, but NOT resell them, that is, unless you personally have added art or commissions to them.
- MADE ART to purchase a character of mine... you are allowed to accept TRADES and ART for them and can only resell if you personally have added art or commissions to them.
- GIFTED a character of mine... you are only allowed to GIFT them, that is unless, you personally have added art or commissions to them.
HOWEVER… in cases of emergency, I am more than open to the idea of you re/selling the character even if you haven’t actually bought it (PLEASE LET ME KNOW BEFOREHAND).
Regarding commercial use:
If you plan to use the characters for commercial purposes (comics, animations, merch, vtubing, etc.) please contact me for approval! Do not claim the character design as yours and properly credit me if you share them across your social media, that’s all I ask for.
Rules:
- Auth. me if locking character.
- Do NOT resell my characters for a higher price unless (refer to the ‘if you…’ section).
- Do NOT sell, trade, or gift a design to ANY of the users listed below.
Black-listed:
If black-listed… rights of commercial use are revoked from all/any design/s you own by me and include you not being able to own my designs after being black-listed.
