Tobiko is a calico-patched munchkin cat with a tufty bobtail. She has almond-shaped green eyes and blushed cheeks (blush may change in shape/intensity or disappear entirely sometimes when emoting), a white forehead tabby marking and a white ink tattoo on her left foreleg. Her face is diamond-shaped (can be drawn a bit different from how I draw her, as long as it's diamond-shaped) and is very expressive. Her fur tends to form tufts but is sleek in texture and always well-taken care of.
Originally a maneki neko statuette, she came to life after being gifted a wish on a magic coin. She appears as a munchkin cat, but with a flip of her special coin she can activate her air and water forms. Her coin is her most important possession, which she keeps in her leather bags at all times. Tobi does not have setting lore, although she lives in a tropical area in a world with (at minimum) enough magic for her to exist. She is a very impulsive danger-magnet with a truly impressive knack for getting into trouble, whether its stealing and hiding from pirates or getting stuck in a cargo box about to leave to who knows where.
