A vigilante that specializes in undercover work. His alias, Defect, is known for impersonating officers-- despite their best efforts to up security measures and keep him the fuck out, he always finds a way to slip by undetected. In present day, he often uses this to steal classified information and items, but will also use it to directly combat against police brutality against citizens. He's ironically very pacifistic tho, maybe that's why he's such a fucking dad too.
- Mutation affects the amount of electrical currents his body is able to handle at once. Massive amounts can pass through without causing him any harm. With this, he eventually learned how to temporarily hold on to some of that electricity, and can redirect it elsewhere.
- Started out infiltrating riot police teams to protect protesters from unjust police violence, hence the name Defect. Protests on a daily occurance have died down since he first began, but he still continues to conduct other undercover vigilante justice and be a nusiance to the police.
- Living under a false identity after faking his death and fleeing his country. He now wears special contact lenses that prevent him from being recongized on cameras.
- Very paternal towards his younger colleague in his own way, but refuses to admit he's the dad of the group. Perhaps he's making up for something--

After crossing paths during a mutual mission, they began to work together more often. With Viktor's connections to the police force and the dirt that Erza has on almost all of them, they were able to make a pretty good team. They've known each other the longest by far, nearly eight years of vigilante work would only naturally lead to a friendship outside of work.
