The Man Who Became A Monster

Avalon was an ordinary boy living in Red Grave City, who like most people was completely unaware of demons. He lived a fairly average life, although he didn't exactly have many friends even by the time he hit his teenage years, as he preferred to keep to himself. That all changed when he was 16 years old, and Red Grave City was attacked by inhuman creatures. Demons, as he'd later discover. He unfortunately witnessed the death of his parents, seeing a demon kill them while he was hiding away. The incident shocked him, and the dismissal of what he saw along with the cover-up of the demons didn't do his mental health any favors. He spent the remainder of his teenage years with his grandparents, the incident never truly leaving him. Upon attending college, he secretly did his own reasearch on demons. As he reached adulthood and began to doubt his own memories, the Temen Ni-Gru was raised and Avalon realized he had every right to believe what had happened to him hadn't been imaginary. As that incident too was covered up, he could no longer stand by and do nothing. He had to fix things, save humanity from the threat lying in the shadows. He preached his beliefs and hatred of demons to all who would listen, obtaining followers who either were victims of demon attacks or were swayed by his charm that he'd cultivated over many years. Now all he had to do was enact a plan...

The Savior Of Dawn

Over the next five years, Avalon and his followers, who he dubbed the Saviors of Dawn, began to make the steps they needed. They slowly compiled their research, learning of the existence of hybrids in the process, the result of humans and demons uniting as one. The discovery angered him, but he realized he could use such things to their advantage. Hybrids would have demonic powers in them, and that power could be cultivated to use against their own kind. If they could find these hybrids at young and malleable ages, they could train them to be weapons with the goal to eliminate all demons. The Saviors set to work learning about as many hybrids as they could. Along the way, he also took the steps needed to obtain Devil Arms, demonic weapons that housed fallen demons, to have the hybrids use them. What better irony was there? Once they obtained enough Devil Arms and had enough hybrids, the first step of the plan was put into motion. Children from all over the world were captured by the Saviors, their deaths and disappearances faked and their families killed if nessecary, and were brought to the compound to be trained. Unfortunately, most of the hybrids did not survive the process of awakening their demon powers, leaving most of them dead. What hybrids did survive would spend the next two years being abused and experimented on to become the weapons Avalon desired. But even more of them died from the strain, and eventually Avalon had to admit this was a lost cause. He ordered the remaining hybrids to be killed, they were essentially useless now, and left the compound so he wouldn't have to hear the demons scream. He hatched a new plan, but he never got the chance to enact it. His compound had been discovered, and every member of the Saviors had been brutally killed. One of the hybrids had done this, he was certain of it. Writing off the Saviors of Dawn as a lost cause, he went into hiding just to be safe, lest that one hybrid who lived be looking for him...

Patience Is A Virtue

Avalon's whereabouts are currently unknown. Wherever he is, he is most certainly coming up with another plan to destroy demons, convinced it is for the sake of mankind. Of course, news of certain incidents have managed to reach his ears. The False Savior in Fortuna, the Qliphoth in his home of Red Grave City, none of it has escaped him. Whatever his intentions are, there's a name that he keeps hearing about that has garnered his interest. Devil May Cry...

• Avalon smokes, but it's not a frequent thing and he tends to do in once in a while in order to destress. He can go weeks without buying another pack.
• He smells of citrus, like oranges.
• He has a very fancy looking signature, probably to the point that it's hard to read. It's pretty straightforward and to the point though. Both his first and last name.
• Avalon has a tendency to bite his lip when he's deep in thought. He doesn't realize he does it though.
• Just realized that since Avalon realized he was gay back in the 80's, he's probably still using terminology for the community from back then since he's not exactly in touch with that sort of thing due to being so anti-social.
