Dino

a 'love guru' who lives in Vierge. dino is one of ikku's friends, he intends to help give wakka romantic advice for a better chance of getting laid with one of the potential bachelors. dino himself is very dejected, he can be very vocal about his depression when he talks about his personal life and would rather refrain from doing so. he always seems to be starving so he eats from his neighbors trash, his neighbors tend to cook hotdogs which are dino's favorite. okoppe has noticed dino's bad habits and occasionally gives him free treats/milk from his café, over time dino has taken a big liking to him.
