A coward of a man who pretends to be fearless, that's the type of person Muggy is. Egotistical, he likes all the attention he can get, though Muggy remains short-tempered and aggressive at times, often using sarcasm when he's annoyed. However, he's not used to kindness, for you see, people tends to fear him for his actions or avoid defying him, so when somebody suddenly decide to put their life on the line to help him no matter what, he feels positively overwhelmed. Muggy isn't used to compliments either, call him "cutie" or "pretty", he just goes bright red and angrily denies liking it. Considered a genius when it comes to finding way to turn the situation into his favor, Muggy also seems to have unbelievable luck at getting what he desires one way or another.

As a bounty hunter, Muggy does a good job at it, even when the hunted one was much stronger than him. His weapons of choice are daggers for not only their practical aspects, but also for how easy they can be hid in clothing. Used to be a lone wolf at the job due to, well, his bad temper, but Muggy is more willing to "collaborate" with other bounty hunters if it's truly necessary nowadays. Though he'll keep a good part of the reward without negociations. Muggy has no true boss he's working for, it can go from a simple citizen to a full-on mafia boss. However, the bounty hunter does have a recurring client, that he fears alot, that always seem to need a target eliminated within a week, no questions asked.
