PERSONALITY
Cece is a very cheery clown that runs her own circus in Halloween town. She acts as both ringmaster and clown as she is very ambitious and not happy if she's not bettering herself and her act. She has currently mastered riding a unicycle on a tightripe whilst juggaling and still wishes to improve on that. She also collect toys. This is both because they bring her joy but also because the circus' biggest audience is children and as such, she finds having an array of different toys at her disposable, always comes in handy. The circus is her life so she rarely takes time off. Even when she's not performing, she's rehearsing to make her act bigger and better so if you want to see her, you must come to the circus. As a result she has small circle of close friends (mainly the other circus acts or monsters that have made guest apperances at shows) and hasn't found time for romance.
