Mark doesn’t necessarily hate his job, but he’s definitely not happy where he is. He’s bitter, angry often, and his idea of self-care is yelling at people and drinking consistently. He’s the typical ‘angry boss’ and although the rest of the office generally dislikes him, he will try to occasionally be nice but it always flies back in his face. Mark isn’t truly an asshole, in fact outside the office he’s very mellow, relaxed, and even a bit of a party animal, but no one knows that because they never invite him out for drinks on the weekends.
