Attack - Ribbon Slap - Kate generates a ribbon which she swings at the foe in an attempt to hit the foe. There is a chance of failure. (8/10) 

Defense - Ribbon Shuffle- Kate generates a few strands of ribbons that act as extra legs to propel herself from attacks. (4/10) 

Speed - Ribbon Twirl - Kate wraps an opponent into a cocoon of ribbons, then pulls said ribbons to make them dizzy. (7/10) 

Support - Mender's Wrap - Kate wraps a ribbon around herself or her allies. The ribbon is able to heal damage over time, but frays every time the healing is activated within a minute until it wears out and the attached ribbon can no longer be used. (6/10) 

Special - Ribbon Puppet - Kate wraps a foe's limbs and temporarily makes them hit themselves or other opponents. This lasts for a minute. (5/10)
