Galahad Aleoth, also known as Skysplitter, the eagle god of lightning. This is his humanoid form... but something is wrong. Skysplitter is famous for never taking any human form, so why does he have one now?
Galahad is actually an impostor, a man given godly power and the ability to shapeshift. He was forced to leave his sun elf hometown as a child after being convicted in a murder case unfairly. Having always been intrigued by the dangerous yet majestic harpies who would swoop frighteningly close to town, Galahad was unafraid when one approached him and adopted him into it's family.
... and yet, Galahad never truly felt like a harpy - after all, he was just a small elf. But one day, a mysterious man approached him and gave him a chance to be the beast of lightning, a position that had been vacant since the true skysplitter's death years before. Galahad accepted this role, if just to get the god's shapeshifting powers. He could finally become closer to his real family.
