Luella "Cirrus" Reid

A poet living in SoHo, she frequents a cafe within the back alleys for inspiration. She's good friends with the bartender, S9. Her family lives in the Upper East Side, but she moved to SoHo for inspiration, and to mingle with other people of her craft despite the deterioration of the area as of late.

Her family is quite rich, as their family history dates all the way back to the Mayflower. Due to her social status, she has quite a few connections in and out of New York, including those to a notorious global crime syndicate, which offers services from money laundering to assassination.
