a hard-boiled Boo detective who only speaks and thinks in long-winded noir monologue. works out of a sam-and-max type office and is at odds with the local cops. not because they’re corrupt or anything, he just thinks they as people are annoying.

 exists as someone to draw when i’m in a particularly jazzy, existential mood.
