Fawning over Lost Innocence is a higher up goddess who was created with the intention of preventing too much chaos in the worlds other gods would mess with & look over, and sympathize and adore the people that live within them to help discourage others from doing too much damage.
Though, you don't really create a new chaos god. and expect them to, y'know, prevent chaos. It goes against everything it stands for! And that was swiftly proven when, as she was being created, something strange happened! There were not one, but two beings who showed up! Twins, as they would say! Like two ends of a scale, weighing eachother out evenly to keep balance. ...But the other gods didn't really see it like that. They thought it was a mistake! They didn't really have any idea of what to do with two gods under the same role, so they collectively decided to lock one of the twins away. They deemed them the "God of Nothing" , so Fawning was left as the only proper Chaos god. Just as intended.
And although this wouldn't normally affect someone like Fawning that much -- given it had just came into existence -- but something about losing that other half sent it into a path that none of the others really expected, and especially did not want at all.

Personality snippit
Fawning has a HUGE ego. Her being in such a key role makes her feel quite important, and so she expects others to treat her as such. If she doesn't get what she wants when she wants it, she gets incredibly furious! She's a complainer, a whiner, and a fighter! One thing that Fawning loves more than herself though, is humans! She loves watching people and studying them like little bacteria under a big microscope. She refers to them as if they were things, or creatures, rather than actual intelligent beings, but she still cares quite a lot about them. She's always thought about bringing a person from below up with her as a pet! Maybe one day...
