IMPORTANT
You must read through all of this in order to do a character trade or purchase a commission from me. Thank you for your time.
Commissioning TOS
✦ Money is to be sent first before I start the commission. This is to ensure that I will not be scammed.
✦ I do not do refunds unless something comes up and I do not have time for your commission. No matter the progress on the commission, you will be 100% refunded if I cannot finish it.
✦ I use USD, so please make sure that your currency is converted to USD.
✦ Payment plans can be talked about if it's a big purchase.
✦ Turnaround time depends on the commission type, but the commission usually gets done asap if it's not animation.
✦ Do not use my art for NFTs/AI.
✦ Do not try to remove my watermark or edit it out.
✦ I will end up posting the commission, so please let me know if you do not want me to post it or if you don't want to be tagged. IRL friends who don't have an art account are not tagged for safety.
✦ If the piece is posted, I must be credited properly. If posted on Toyhouse, please credit my Toyhouse account.
✦ I use Cashapp, Paypal, Kofi, Stripe, and Venmo.
✦ I have every right to refuse a commission.
Characters TOS
✦ Do not copy/rip off my character's designs. I don't care if you color pick as long as you do something completely different.
✦ If you get one of my designs and end up trading them, do not trade them to a blacklisted person. If that happens, you'll be on my graylist.
✦ Kinning my characters is okay, but please don't be like "(character name) is literally ME" and be upset if the character's design and personality change. My character's personalities fluctuate often. Do not make kinsonas of my characters as that would be walking on copying territory.
Art TOS
✦ Do not trace, repost, or copy any of my art. This includes reposting my fandom art.
✦ You may make edits to my art/animations if it's 1) fandom-related and 2) if it's not just my art/animations edited to a different audio with nothing changed.
✦ Do not use my art as a profile picture UNLESS it was made for you specifically or if it's a canon character.
✦ Do not use my art for AI. I am well aware that apps like Twitter and Instagram will already do just that, but they are big corporations. It's a bit different when an individual/group does it.
