Family wasn't in good shape though it wasn't necessarily bad. Both parents worked, but the dad would usually drink and smoke a lot due to stress (nothing bad though). One day parent's went on a date night, but got into a terrible accident and both ended up dying. Noma [] and Minnie []. Both tried to grow up, but ended up going their separate ways. Noma kind of gave up and started going to clubs/messing around, while Minnie got a job. Eventually, Noma was getting tired of partying until she stumbles across Axel. Was not very keen on him, but eventually he grew on her (bothered her all the time). They start dating. Noma slowly reconnects with her sister, and becomes happier. Axels big family also warms her heart.
