TBN's Ownership

Note: These are the terms from WP / species TOS that the original buyer agreed to. Just put them here for reference if needed.

TOS:

All of the artworks produced by me follow these terms and by purchasing or creating (via MYO event) an Aquagon, you agree to these terms.

The buyer may not sell the artwork unless additional artwork has been added (original + 1 minimum). Please ask me for permission if you intend to use the design commercially! This may or may not be allowed and will be decided on a case by case basis. 

The artwork may be posted wherever the buyer would like, but sufficient credits (both for species (always) and design (if not a MYO)) should be given. This can be done via a link to my profile or through a caption / description if there is no crediting feature available where the artwork is uploaded. 

I reserve the right to repost and display the artwork for promotional purposes, to display where I like, and to post where I like. 

I will not claim to own any of the characters in the displayed artworks, as they now belong to the buyer / current owner of the original artwork. 

I reserve the right to deny service to certain individuals for reasons involving a history of art theft or unreliable payments. 

The original artwork may only be sold with a character, not as an individual piece. 

The buyer or any other individual may not copy, trace, or close reference my designs or artwork. 

Payment (real currency) will be transferred and accepted through Venmo. Virtual currencies or art may be accepted for certain artworks, but not for custom artworks of pre-made artworks that are put up for sale. 

Payment is expected within 48 hours of a claim, or else the artwork will be put back up for sale.

Notify me of transfers / changes in ownership so that I may update the masterlist. 

Full payment must be sent before receiving an unwatermarked version of the artwork.

After the adopt leaves me, I am no longer responsible for anything it may be used for. However, I do ask that you please don't use it for anything hateful.

Also, please note that I (Velaris/Evergreen) am the only official seller of this species! After the initial sale of an Aquagon to their new owner, I am no longer responsible for transactions and transfers regarding that Aquagon, so proceed at your own risk. If you have concerns about the authenticity of the Aquagon you are purchasing, check the Ownership Log, as all official Aquagons will be created by this account.
