Lives in Snowdin near that one area with the rock family. Her magic lets her shoot the constellations around her arms and tail as projectiles, and she can also utilize them as a whip. It's actually really strong for no good reason. She hasn't trained and is not a fighter, and yet somehow it's managed to be formidable enough to be recountable. LMAO
