Hey there! I'm interested in buying this design but was wondering about the "this character cannot be transferred for any reason" setting in their ownership, do you have any TOS?
I'm still eyeing this design either way, just want to make sure I'm a good home for em. ^^

There are no TOS for this design that I know of. I also updated the creator credits since I did not create the design.
