Hitomi Kei Ito

Hitomi has always been a bit of a flirty, fun, high energy, and mysterious kia that loves to spend most of her time doing whatever she wants. She isn’t known for having any kind of restraint when it comes to how open she speaks especially about others. Hitomi is also guilty of spreading and starting drama just for fun to see the chaos unfold in front of her. Like her half siblings she is also part demon but a must more mild case rather than her half siblings. Hitomi does very much love chaos though and will sometimes go out of her way to find a place that has a good deal of chaos. She likes to really just do whatever she wants and flirts with whomever she pleases even if they are taken; again she loves the chaos this brings to the table. Hitomi can be found mostly in large city areas as well as anywhere there’s something going on, of course she can be summoned but really prefers to not be.
