Please follow my tos. Any violations will result in a warning / strike , possibly a blacklist depending on severity.
OO1 ꒱ RESELL / RETRADE !
When reselling a character, please do not sell them higher than what you bought them for unless you have additional art for them ( + )
PLEASE only resell a character IF you’ve owned them for over 10 days.
Violation of these resell / retrade policies will result in a warning. strikes will be given after the warning if it continues.

If you get a character from me through trade, DO NOT sell them for any currency unless they have ART that was bought for said currency.
( + ) The 10 day ownership also applies to trades.
OO2 ꒱ ALTERATIONS !
When altering one of my designs please only alter it to a point where you notice changes, but it can also still be recognizable as my design and still IS my design.
Over-alterations will result in an immediate blacklist. no strikes or warnings will be given because you should know better.
OO3 ꒱ CREDITING !
If you recieve a character from me through toyhouse, please keep the credit there. along with recieving a character through email. if you want to credit me, put a link to my instagram, @shodyze/@sho4256265 or a link to my amino or toyhouse profile, DYZE
I will only give warnings out for credit, as it is something that can be forgotten easily. If i have reminded you multiple times and you refuse to credit me, you WILL be blacklisted.
OO4 ꒱ PURCHASING !
When purchasing an adopt, please only offer / bid with what you have. if you have any ongoing bids or offers, please be mindful with what you have available before misleading me ^^’
You must also pay first. if it is a gift card, please send me a screenshot of it being sent.
I will only give warnings for these violations.
As for not paying at ALL or refusing to pay after some time, you will be blacklisted PERMANENTLY.
OO5 ꒱ HOLDS !
I will only do 1 week holds if the offer is high. if payment cannot be given within the time provided, the adopt will be put back up.
