Design Notes


Snout: Keep flat, very flat please. She's pretty flat on her head too. This is not normal on an animal.


Ears: Cup your hands to look like leafs- the blue sections are pretty much like this. If you were to hold the blue as fabric and look straight at them from the piece which connects to the head, the blue would be a half-circle from a perfectly round sphere. Though the sphere would get smaller to the tips of the blue cupping the fluffy white fur under it.


Yellow: just colored fur.

Wings: flat white material, thin. 

Shoulder pieces: cupped and no more than 3" wide.

Attacks

*Stealth Strike: Builds a very high frequency of electric current within herself very quickly and charges at an enemy at a very high speed rate. The current causes damage to nerves, internal tissue and bones directly.


*Blue lightning: Emits blue electric arcs around body causing the fur to stand up from static- then emitting multiple strikes of blue lightning towards its target. Does damage and sometimes the bolts appear rainbow in color.


*Electro tornado: entraps the party or enemies into an electric tornado (50/50 chance on who it affects). Effects: if affecting the party, it boosts defense and special defense stats. If affecting enemies, it does damage and lowers their defense.


*Electro cannon beam: Emits an electrical ball of energy from her mouth and does some damage with has a 35% chance to paralyze the target.


*Paralysis bite: Bites the target Effects: does damage as electricity storms through the target and paralysis can be triggered if bitten.


*Echo: Emits a sound which carries through the party. Effects: causes them to become more aware of all opponents attacks and able to dodge more often.


*Shriek: Emits a sound against the target and lowers special defense.


*Electric fire strike: weakens enemy for four turns. During these turns, the enemy takes increased damage.


*Protect: holds her wings and arms around a party member, protects them from all forms of attacks. She still can get affected by status effects but not the one being defended.


*Aura Electro wall: Can be shaped into any form she pleases. Obscures party from view of the attacker so they cannot be attacked. Party members can attack enemy long range or heal themselves during these turns. Causes damage to the enemy if they touch or step through the wall. Lasts three turns.


*Bring back to life: Effects: creates a revive in inventory though she will be unable to move for one turn, and will become confused. She cannot cause damage to herself under a confused status of this nature. Can be shaped any way that is needed.


Under water moves

*__: Creates lightning under water. Effects: Can cause paralysis to enemies and heals 10% hp of each party member.


Additional:


*Knocked out: if knocked out, causes entire party's speed and int (or SPA) stat to rise.




Abilities

*Cannot be affected by poison or paralysis.


*Immune to effects from weather.


*Diving: wings can propel and steer her through the water.


*Illumination - if the area is too dark or it feels threatened the teeth and eyes light up.


*It can use its ears to sense massive storms near by, using the very fine hairs to feel wind vibrations and with its nose smelling the moist air.


*The eyes light up blue when needing the most night vision, such as when under water in dark depths or flying through a storm.


*A tiny point of light at the very tip of the tail (for sure) - 


*Sparks of arcs of lightning emiting from fur - *when angry or charging up energy*


*A visual indicator for the mood: upset. Likely dealing with lighting


*Blue LED nightlight on ears/face - *partial idea needing more added on.


*Eyes turn yellow with black slit pupil: idea needing more added on.


*Colored LEDs on wing tips


*Claw LED colors: Yellow, green, blue, dark blue, pink, purple and loops (light up when healing or creating a revive).
