MARSOLACE'S TERMS OF SERVICE

General Rules

Do NOT use any of my designs, let alone any content I own/made whatsoever, as NFTs. I don't support that shite and I don't want anything I make associated with it at any cost.
Absolutely do not use my art or designs for harmful and disgusting things such as promoting hate, p//ophilia, etc.
Don't claim my art and designs as your own.
If you notice anybody breaking any of my terms of service then please let me know!
If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to ask me.

I never sold any of my designs for money so I'd rather you do the same. You can trade, gift, or sell them for digital currency but please be fair and not profit off of my designs with actual money :(
Do NOT trade away freebies, you got them for free and costed you nothing. Same goes for characters that were gifts or were won from a raffle. However, if you added art to the design (that isn't just sketches) then feel free to trade it away.
You're more than welcome to trade away my designs with the same amount of art you payed for them. Just don't go too overboard and bare in mind to be fair, mk?
These rules usually apply to adopts from me, but same should go for customs I've made too. If the custom was free, follow the freebie rule. If it was obtained through trade, then you can gift or trade said custom away too. Again, just don't sell my designs for real money.

You are free to redesign the characters you recieve from me.
Don't delete my designs from TH or trade them off-site!!! If you wanna get rid of them that badly just please please please return them to me!
Once the character is yours, you pretty much have all artistic freedom over it! You can put them in your stories, roleplay with them, make physical items of them, etc. The only exception is that I still won't allow it to be used for harmful content.
I strictly prohibit using my designs to be sold on profitable items like merch or plushies, the whatnot. You can still make such items with it, just, don't sell n profit off of em.
Basically the general rule here is ythat my designs are made for your own personal use only.

FREE designs may not be traded unless extra art has been added.

All designs obtained via TRADES may not be resold but can be traded.
