An aspiring seamstress, Moraela devotes her life to the art of fashion, providing only the most exquisite and elegant clothing designs to others far and wide.
She is a hard worker, striving to be the best seamstress the world has ever seen, working day and night to achieve that goal. She spends sleepless nights working away at the sewing machine, putting together only the most fabulous outfits for the world to see. She has made herself known to be one to even travel to another location to deliver an outfit inquiry, even if its an entire ocean away.
However, a fabulous seamstress doesn't come without her perks. Moraela is very loud. Dare to say, dramatic. She's easy to offend, will immediately argue with you to tell you that you're wrong. She is someone who is convinced she knows best, so telling her that she's wrong will only make her scoff at you. Being a perfectionist to an unhealthy degree, if something drastically fails, then the world is over. It just can't be saved, her life is over. She's throwing out the hat, she's done.
Moraela absolutely despises being dirty. She hates mud. She hates the rain, she hates being wet. She also hates rats. And mice. And snakes. And spid- scratch that, any bug of any kind. Anything that is filthy, slimey, crawly, or absolutely disgusting should be burned alive, beaten to death. Her favored approach to dealing with these pests is by beating them with a broom until they've disappeared or until they've stopped moving. If she has nothing to defend herself with, she screams instead. They're often so loud that they're heard from several miles away.
Despite her supposed hate for the outdoors, she goes outside more often than you'd think. She never actually gets much inspiration in her home, so she has to go out and explore to get true inspiration. Whether that be from a peaceful field of flowers or a chaotic magic show, it always ends up being anywhere except the place she lives in.
When she isn't looking for inspiration or working away at the sewing machine, Moraela spends her free time hanging out with friends, or spending time for herself. She loves to have a cup of tea and a good book to read, with a lovely view to go along with it.

Story
Moraela was the daughter of a florist and a trinket merchant. She grew up surrounded by flowers and old knickknacks, finding a fascination in them. She would get inspiration from them, spending her free time sketching ideas for outfits, and bringing them to her mother. Her mother had a hobby of knitting, recreating her ideas for her. It always brought Moraela joy, and encouraged her to keep working on what soon became her passion. Moraela learned how to sew from her mother, and soon began to make her own outfits come to life.
Growing up, Moraela would help her parents with their stores. When her passion developed to making her own outfits, she would wear them to work. Elegant, flowery dresses for the flower shop. Rustic, vintage, elegant designs for the trinket shop. Visitors loved to see what design Moraela would sew up next. She was always eager to think of something new, excited to hear what the visitors would say. On one fateful day, everything changed. Moraela was helping her father in his trinkets shop, sorting old jewels and knickknacks, wearing her newest design. Hearing the familiar bell ring, she turned her head to see a new customer come inside the shop.
A mare.
A mare that sparkled in gold, and jewels.
Moraela was in awe. She watched as the older mare approached the front desk and inquired for an antique box. Moraela could not help herself, she had to say hello. Complimenting the old mare, she commented on how beautiful her jewels were. The mare was flattered, and introduced herself as Zlata, a jeweler. Complimenting her outfit, the two broke out in conversation. Zlata was impressed in Moraela's sewing skills, and offered her a job in her business. She would provide her jewelry given she would receive designs, and she would help Moraela move up in the world. Moraela had no hesitation to say yes. She was absolutely delighted to have such an opportunity to follow her passion, and immediately began to work at starting her own business. She first worked alongside Zlata in her shop, before moving up to open her own boutique. She began to gain fame every outfit she sold, and soon moved to a new, more influential town alongside Zlata. She was quick to gain popularity in the area, becoming famous for her hard work and fabulous designs. More and more her name began known, and she absolutely loved the fame that she received. She could never find herself to stop working, but her inspiration had began to falter. She struggled to think of new designs, beginning to panic at her lack of inspiration. She didn't know what to do.
Then she met her.
The witch.
Naja, the friendly neighborhood witch of the flowery woods, had one day strut into the town. Beside her, a fluffy, grey cat. She was the first horse who seemed to have absolutely no interest in Moraela's boutique, and Moraela found that suspiciously suspicious. She followed her throughout the town, only to find out Naja had simply gone to the local bakery for treats. Another day, she followed Naja to the local inn, only to find out she was simply there to perform a few magic tricks. They all seemed too fake, simple. She knew Naja had to be more than just a "friendly witch." So, one day, she followed Naja back into the woods. Coming upon a hidden cottage home, Moraela ended up walking into the middle of a nonsensical magic disaster in the middle of Naja's house. A cauldron, thrown on its side. The chill of a horrendous wind, broken potion bottles, torn up plants, ripped out pages of books. A broom that spit lightning. A cat, terrified in a corner. All this chaos swirled around Naja, who loved every minute of it. Originally intending to call Naja out, Moraela instead became absolutely fascinated with the chaos around her.
And then it hit her.
Inspiration.
It all washed over her in seconds, the ideas for so many outfits the world has never even seen. Moraela had screamed out in delight, which finally broke Naja of her chaotic show. Naja was shocked to find someone in her cottage, but only ended up overjoyed to see that someone else finally enjoyed her magic shows as much as she did. Ever since that day, the two have been best friends. Zlata however does not approve of their relationship. She finds Naja to be someone who is not good enough for Moraela, always keeping a watchful eye on Naja. Moraela ignores this, and simply continues on her way.
Moraela knows whats best for Moraela, and no one will tell her otherwise.

The friendly neighborhood witch. Being best of friends, Naja and Moraela spend their free time having tea parties, going on long walks, and doing silly things. She is Moraela's biggest inspiration for outfits, due to the chaotic magic shows Naja has in her house. Being a considerably much more laid back horse than Moraela is, not caring much about spiders or getting dirty, Moraela has taken it upon herself to make sure Naja always looks nice and tidy. She was the one who gifted Naja and her cat their cloaks and hats, always repairing them whenever they get ripped. There is one thing that Naja never forgets to bring when she's around Moraela, and that is her broom. Originally used for witchy flight, it is now a self defense weapon against pests.
Cute, fluffy little thing

Pumpkin is Naja's wise fluffy cat. Moraela adores Pumpkin, finding him to be absolutely adorable. Pumpkin always tries to warn Moraela about Naja's insanity, but Moraela never really pays attention to what Pumpkin says, the words always flying over her head. She's too focused on hearing what Naja has to say instead.

Zlata is Moraela's oldest friend. She is the one who brought her to fame, and continues to support her to this day. Zlata provides Moraela with jewelry for her outfits, working off of the designs she provides for her. Zlata will always be there for Moraela, offering help whenever it is needed. She is sometimes a bit too judgemental of some of Moraela's choices however, not always making her advice the best.

Wilson is an odd, slimey thing Moraela always takes care of when she sees him. She's genuinely concerned for his well being, and always wants to make sure he is okay. She often takes him into her boutique to clean him and dress him up in bowties, but he always ends up losing them somehow. He ends up making a mess of her boutique anytime he's there, but she always knows he didn't mean it.

Penelope is a local baker nearby Moraela's boutique. She is mainly a pastry chef, making only the most delicious of sweets for everyone to enjoy. Moraela is a frequent customer, always excited to try out new sweets and hang out with Penelope. They will often sit in the bakery, laughing over silly stories and enjoying sweets.

Pancake is Penelope's fluffy companion. Moraela tries her best to like Pancake, but the cat is so fat she struggles to make any kind of outfit for him. Anytime she's finished, he's somehow more fatter than he was before. The only thing she has succeeded in having him wear is a chef hat.

Sienna is a starry pegasus who occasionally visits the town to say hello. She likes to meet up with Moraela and Naja to have a mare's night out, watching movies, doing their hair, and telling spooky stories. Sienna is always the best at spooky stories, because she can actually make them see what she's talking about. Moraela has no idea how Sienna does it, but she always wakes up terrified of what she saw the night before. Despite that, she can't help but come back wanting to be spooked once again.

Tor Lozano is a famed saxophone musician that Moraela absolutely fawns over. She's head over hooves for him, and hopes to be his one day. She is determined to woo him with only the most beautiful of dresses, and she is convinced she will win his love against all the other mares who try to get his attention (specifically Valeria). SHE will be the one to win Tor Lozano's heart. No one else. Just look at him. LOOK at the way he MOVES!!!

Opal is a mysterious cave unicorn that showed up in the town one day. Meeting her at the beach, she temporarily ended up bringing her to the local town after an incident involving Wilson. She planned to bring Opal with her to a prestigious event, but Opal had disappeared before she could gift her the dress she made for her. Ever since then, she's wondered where Opal has gone. Is Opal okay? Did the spiders get her? Did the earth swallow her whole? She will never know.
