⌦ rules/terms of service !

♡ You cannot resell for real world currency if the adopt/design was not bought for real world currency (aka money). That includes if you later buy art using real world currency. If not originally sold for $$, it will never have a real world currency value. Please respect that.

♡ You must always credit me as the creator of the design (customs & adopts). You can never remove/edit my signature from any of my art. You cannot edit my art. You must always credit me as the artist for all commissions and various art done by me.

♡ Any of my art or designs CANNOT be used for commercial use to gain profit I.E games, books, png-tuber/vtuber model, ai anything, art prints, merch, NFT, comics, etc.

♡ You can make changes to your adopt as you please. Just as long as the adopt is still recognizable.

♡Art can be posted but MUST have an active link to my Instagram/Toyhouse + username credit. Characters cannot be removed and/or reuploaded from toyhouse, ever.

♡ Don't make hate art, including but not limited to racist, homophobic, pedophilic, xenophobic, with my designs or art. That is never okay with me and 100% banned.

♡ I will not redo an entire commission if you tell me at the end you don't like it. You are responsible to let me know of edits during the process! I am happy to make minor edits and adjustments for you. But don't wait till the end to tell me so. After I complete a step in the process (sketch, lines, color), I will not then go back to prior completed steps and make changes. Tell me about needed tweaks during the process please. Don't be shy.

♡ If you'd like a specific type of art style from me for a commission, let me know. It must be MY styles, I do not copy other's styles. But for example if you'd like a certain lines look, let me know and we can try to make that happen.
