The Dark Forest
When cats die and have done evil things, well they go to the Dark Forest instead of StarClan
There they can still somehow meet living cats, getting into their dreams, promising skills and other abilities to help their Clan but instead teach them stuff that isn't considered as "great"? Like killing strategies during fights. Living cats that only visit the Dark Forest through dreams are to a certain degree anonymous - mostly black/dark fΓΌr and only a few traits are sticking out as white/glowing features (for example scars, eyes, inside of ear & teeth). Fur patterns get simplified into 2-3 dark colors so the cat isn't just one color (except the ones that are one-colored) Some may recognize the other Clan Cats, while others stay unseen
Nobody knows that these are evil act that are being taught, as they just want to help their Clan and get better. But maybe there are actually a few traitors amongst the living but who knows :]
