The  easiest way to describe Stormbringer's ability is that it can create   and spread scents. All kinds of them.  It can create it's own scents   from chemicals and pheromones, and can also combine different ones to   make new ones. It can then either "attach" this scent to an individual   (only that person can smell it/is affected. This is the strongest/has   the maximum effect. Alternatively it can spread the scent up to a 10   meter radius. The smaller the area it affects the more potent the scent   is.

It can also reproduce/borrow scents from nearby objects and do the same stuff with it as other ones.
